At Qomfort Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
